Special Heavy Radiation and Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle from Validus Special Auto is the first vehicle of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to be equipped with Starlink The main function of the SMRHR-V vehicle is to carry out special work to eliminate radiation and chemical emergencies. In simple terms, it is capable of measuring radiation background within a radius of more than 50 km and has everything necessary for specialists to work in difficult conditions. Quickly obtained results are displayed on a topographic map using geographic information systems. The vehicle has the ability to alert the public, transmit special light and sound signals, voice commands and messages within a radius of up to 500 m, as well as alert using SST flares.

“SMRHR-V is a specially equipped vehicle designed to quickly deliver rescuers and special equipment to the site of natural and man-made emergencies, to carry out degassing, decontamination, disinfection of machinery, equipment and areas of the terrain, as well as to carry out special work to eliminate radiation and chemical emergencies, to ensure the implementation of emergency rescue and other urgent work, and to take measures to search for and provide first aid to victims.
