The Heavy Specialized Emergency Rescue Vehicle (SERM-H) is a purpose-built high-mobility transport unitdeveloped on the basis of off-road heavy-duty trucks with wheeled, tracked, or specialized all-terrain chassis.

It is designed to support the effective operations of rescue teams during the most complex tasks related to the elimination of consequences of natural and man-made emergencies, as well as for performing other urgent emergency response and rescue operations.

The SERM-H provides rapid public alerting during emergencies, evacuation of victims from hazardous zones, first aid assistance, securing dangerous areas and rescue sites, powerful illumination of operational areas during nighttime, and the rescue of people trapped as a result of road accidents or other emergencies.

Thanks to its enhanced off-road capabilities and comprehensive equipment package, the vehicle ensures the rapid deployment of rescue personnel and specialized tools to operational sites, even in challenging terrain conditions.
