The special medium-sized rescue vehicle based on Ford Transit is a unique, high-tech and multifunctional vehicle with high cross-country ability, equipped with modern equipment. It is designed for prompt delivery of rescuers and special equipment to the site of natural and man-made emergencies, rescue and other urgent works, search for victims, rescue of people trapped in traffic accidents and providing them with first aid, elimination of local fires, communication and notification during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies, disasters and natural disasters.

 Functional capabilities of САРМ–С:

• Prompt delivery by roads of all categories of rescuers and special equipment to the places of priority rescue operations, road accidents, natural and man-made emergencies;
• Warning of the population about emergencies, transmission of special light and sound signals, voice commands and messages within a radius of up to 500 m;
• Organization of radio communication in the USW (SW) band using a base radio station at a distance of at least 20 km and portable ones – at a distance of at least 3 km;
• Evacuation of victims from emergency areas, including from abysses and high-rise objects and from hard-to-reach areas;
