The Light Pyrotechnic Vehicle (PV-L) is built on the basis of high-mobility passenger and utility vehicles. It is designed for rapid deployment to locations where explosive ordnance (EO) is detected, transportation of specialized equipment and tools, support of mine clearance operations, and subsequent safe transportation of small-caliber explosive ordnance with a total weight of up to 250 kg to the designated disposal site.
Ford, Renault, Mercedes, MAN, Volkswagen, IVECO
Rapid deployment of an explosive ordnance disposal team and specialized equipment to operational sites.
Upon individual calculation
The following base vehicles can be used for the production of the Light Pyrotechnic Vehicle (PV-L): ISUZU NPS 75, IVECO Daily 55S. The PV-L chassis is engineered to withstand its maximum permissible gross vehicle weight (GVW) during continuous operation under demanding field conditions without structural damage or performance degradation.
Rapid transportation of 1–2 crew members and specialized EOD equipment to detection sites across roads of any category
Secure radio communications in VHF and HF frequency ranges:
— Base radio station: range up to 20 km
— Portable radios: range up to 3 km
Lifting reinforced concrete and steel structures, vehicles, tanks, and other loads weighing up to 12,000–18,000 kg using pneumatic lifting jacks with a lifting height of up to 200–270 mm
Deformation, displacement, and controlled dismantling of structural elements
Cutting of steel bars and reinforcement rods up to 22–30 mm in diameter
Area illumination of search and demining zones using high-power LED spotlights
Safe transportation of small-caliber explosive ordnance with a total weight of up to 250 kg
* The standard configuration depends on the selected base chassis and can be customized upon request.
