Heavy Pyrotechnic Vehicle (PM-V) based on Iveco
The PM-V Heavy Pyrotechnic Vehicle is designed for rapid deployment to locations where explosive ordnance (EO) has been detected. It enables the transportation of specialized equipment and tools, supports demining and EOD operations, and ensures the safe transportation of large-caliber explosive ordnance with a total weight exceeding 250 kg to the designated destruction site.

The PM-V is manufactured on the basis of high-mobility off-road cargo and passenger vehicles. It is specifically designed to deliver EOD specialists, tools, and equipment to operational sites, support demining efforts, and safely transport explosive ordnance to neutralization points.
Functional Capabilities of PM-V
- Rapid transportation of 1–2 crew members, specialized equipment, and tools to explosive ordnance detection sites across roads of all categories
- Reliable radio communications in VHF and HF bands:
— Base radio station: operational range up to 20 km
— Portable radios: operational range up to 3 km
- Lifting reinforced concrete and steel structures, vehicles, and other heavy loads weighing up to 18,000 kg using pneumatic and hydraulic tools
- Deformation, displacement, and controlled dismantling of structural elements
- Cutting steel rods and reinforcement bars up to 22 mm in diameter
- Widening narrow passages in rubble and damaged structures using hydraulic and pneumatic tools
- Securing hazardous areas and marking explosive ordnance detection zones
- Illumination of operational zones using high-intensity searchlights
- Loading and unloading explosive ordnance using a hydraulic manipulator
- Transportation of small- and large-caliber explosive ordnance
