The vehicle is constructed on the basis of a front-wheel drive van, divided into two compartments: passenger and cargo.

The passenger compartment is equipped with three standard seats (including the driver’s one), handrails, and interior lighting lamps. All doors are provided with latches, to keep them in the open position, automatic locks and sliding glass with sealers.

The cargo compartment is equipped with interior lighting lamps, one standard sliding door on the

right and two swing doors on the rear. Doors are provided with latches for holding open and automatic locks. The cargo compartment contains places for storing 24 breathing apparatuses and other equipment.

Functionality of the gas and smoke protection service vehicle:

• Prompt and mobile delivery of 1+2 crew members and special equipment to the places of priority rescue operations by roads of all categories with the maximum speed;
• Organization of radio communication in the VHF (HF) range using a base radio station at a distance of at least 20 km and portable ones – at a distance of at least 3 km;
• Provision of rescuers with personal protective equipment for respiratory and vision organs (transportation to the fire site / emergency location)
• Provision of operation and replacement of used personal protective equipment for respiratory and vision organs (including compressed air devices);
• Organization of the work of the gas and smoke protection service checkpoint.
