These need to be neutralized and carefully rendered safe. Specialized pyrotechnic equipment from our production helps with this. So, a few days ago, Validus Special Auto delivered another heavy-type pyrotechnic vehicle for the immediate needs of the State Emergency Service! We’ve previously shared about how the PM-V transports explosive ordnance to the disposal site and ensures the safety of rescuers during transportation. Now, we want to remind you of other important features of this unique PM-V.

With meticulously designed equipment, the heavy-type pyrotechnic vehicle:

• Organizes radio communication in the VHF (UHF) range using a base radio station with a range of at least 20 km and portable radios with a range of at least 3 km.
• Utilizes special pneumatic and hydraulic tools to lift reinforced concrete and steel structures and other loads weighing up to 18,000 kg.
• Expands narrow openings in debris and structures.
• Deforms, moves, and destroys structural elements, cuts metal rods up to 22 mm in diameter.

Moreover, this vehicle is equipped with quality first aid supplies and special respiratory and skin protection means.

Everything is designed to ensure the thorough and fast clearance of mined areas, with the main emphasis on minimizing risks for emergency responders!
