Understanding the vital role of specialized equipment in the demining process, we produce the best, highest-quality, and most comfortable vehicles for the disposal of explosive devices. One of the most renowned giants designed to assist sappers is the Heavy Pyrotechnic Vehicle (PM-V). It is indispensable, especially for transporting large hazardous items or large quantities of explosives. Equipped with a hydraulic manipulator, an armored cabin and body with 4th and 6th protection classes respectively, and a special retractable roof that directs explosive force upwards in case of detonation during movement. Additionally, the PM-V has protective glass, stable handrails, and provides maximum comfort inside. The operation of the PM-V on an IVECO base can be seen in these photos. The vehicle is continuously in service with the pyrotechnic teams of the 3rd Special Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine from Odesa, who are currently assisting in demining the Mykolaiv region. Over the past week, specialists, together with the capabilities of this specialized equipment, have inspected 500 square meters of territory in the region, discovering and neutralizing 42 explosive devices and hazardous remnants.
