Emergency vehicles on the Ford Transit Chassis platform | Ford Ukraine
01.08.19
Unfortunately, this Monday is not festive at all. Kyiv is recovering from a horrific night enemy ballistic attack.
At dawn, rescuers were dealing with the aftermath of the shelling at three locations in the capital: Sviatoshynskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts. In the Holosiivskyi district, debris from a missile hit the boiler room of one of the educational institutions. It was there that the specialized equipment of Validus Special Auto was deployed, including a fire-rescue vehicle on a MAN chassis. This vehicle is designed for extinguishing fires in various locations, providing emergency assistance, and performing other rescue operations in dangerous situations or places with difficult access. The vehicle holds 4,500 liters of water and 500 liters of foam. It is also equipped with a large amount of professional rescue equipment, including a WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS manual combined hydraulic tool.
Thanks to the capabilities of modern equipment and the professional work of Ukraine’s heroic rescuers, the fire covering an area of 6 square meters was extinguished.
