Rescuers are dismantling the emergency structures of a 3-story non-residential building. Along with the heroic emergency workers, a vehicle manufactured by Validus Special Auto — SARMS-V — is operating on-site. The Special Heavy-Type Emergency Rescue Vehicle excels in such tasks.
