Medium Pyrotechnic Vehicle (MPV) is a specialized high-mobility transport vehicle designed for a wide range of tasks related to the detection, identification, transportation, and neutralization of explosive ordnance (EO). The vehicle is equipped with advanced systems and technologies that ensure reliable and efficient performance even in challenging environments, including mine-contaminated areas, destroyed infrastructure, and hard-to-access locations. The standard configuration includes a mobile tracked demining robot with remote control capability, designed to perform operations in radiation- and chemically-contaminated environments, as well as conduct reconnaissance in confined spaces and high-risk zones where human presence is impossible or too dangerous.
The MPV ensures the rapid deployment of EOD teams and specialized equipment to operational sites, supports the use of the demining robot for remote inspection, retrieval, and relocation of explosive ordnance, and enables the safe loading and transportation of EO to designated destruction facilities. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with advanced long-range communication systems using both base and portable radio stations, integrated public warning systems with visual and audible alerts to inform civilians of potential hazards, and high-intensity LED lighting equipment to provide effective illumination of operational zones during night missions or in low-visibility conditions.
