A dangerous object was discovered in a field in the Brovary district of the Kyiv region. Pyrotechnicians from the Mobile Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine promptly arrived at the site. They first inspected the find and then, following a well-established protocol, removed the missile component.

To safely handle the operation, the rescuers used the capabilities of the Heavy Pyrotechnic Vehicle (PM-V) produced by Validus Special Auto. The hazardous object was transported into the PM-V’s armored compartment using its crane-manipulator system and later taken to a designated detonation site for destruction.

Let’s recall that the PM-V is equipped with a range of thoughtfully designed elements to ensure the safety of rescuers and the secure disposal of explosive objects. These include an armored cabin and body with 4th and 6th protection classes, a special lightweight retractable roof, bulletproof windows, convenient static steps, and sturdy handrails.

A crucial feature of this vehicle is its mine protection. The front arches and fuel tank of the PM-V are shielded with armored plates, ensuring the safety of rescuers in the event of a mine detonation or any other unpredictable situation.
