Zakarpattia rescuers showcased the rescue equipment of the SARM-L, produced by Validus Special Auto, to schoolchildren! The Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zakarpattia region regularly conducts interactive educational sessions aimed at improving safety skills in daily life. However, this time, rescuers organized a special session for the students of School No. 1 in the city of Rakhiv!

The focus of the session was on the technical equipment of the Light Special Emergency Rescue Vehicle based on the Ford Ranger chassis. The rescuers detailed the tools that help save lives in difficult situations. For example, they demonstrated the operation of specialized hydraulic tools such as shears and spreaders, which are used to mitigate the consequences of traffic accidents.

Much of the equipment on the SARM-L, incidentally, is produced by WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS. Furthermore, the children even had the chance to try using the equipment themselves and, during the interactive session, reviewed the rules of mine safety.
