A Swedish delegation, led by Sweden’s Minister of Civil Defense, Carl-Oskar Bohlin, visited the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES). The Swedish visitors met with the Head of the Rescue Service, Andrii Danik, and discussed operations during emergency response. Ukrainian rescuers shared their heroic experiences, explaining how the fire-rescue service operates under the extreme conditions of war.

The delegation also inspected fire-rescue equipment, including its best examples — vehicles produced by Validus Special Auto. These are showcased in the photos: the Medium Special Emergency Rescue Vehicle (SARM-S) based on the IVECO Daily chassis, the Fire Tanker Vehicle also based on the IVECO Daily, the Heavy Pyrotechnic Vehicle (PM-V) on a MAN chassis, and the Heavy Special Emergency Rescue Vehicle (SARM-V) on a Tatra chassis. Additionally, the delegation saw our exceptional and unique giant — the Heavy Special Radiation and Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle (SMRHR-V).

The Swedish guests had an excellent opportunity to witness the high achievements of a national manufacturer and to see rescue equipment that meets global quality standards. We are confident they were thoroughly impressed!
