Recently, tactical-special training exercises were held at the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region, during which emergency responders practiced coordinated actions.
According to the exercise scenario, a call was received by the Rescue Service “101” about the destruction of a building following a missile strike, which resulted in a fire. According to the plan, people could be trapped under the rubble.
A heavy-type Special Emergency Rescue Vehicle (SARM-V) was involved in the search and rescue operation and in mitigating the consequences of the emergency. Using its capabilities and unique equipment arsenal, the search and unblocking of victims from under the rubble were practiced, as well as their evacuation to a safe location.
In wartime conditions, such exercises further enhance the coordination of rescuers, their efficiency, and response speed, and allow for a full understanding of the power and capabilities of the specialized equipment we produce.
