Ukrainian rescuers have been entrusted with an exceptionally large and challenging mission – to eliminate the consequences of the massive Russian terror in the Kherson region.
According to the State Emergency Service (SES) in the Kherson region, 20 settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River and over 1,900 buildings have been flooded due to the explosion of the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station by Russia! As of the morning of June 7, 1,548 people have been evacuated from the affected areas. In total, more than 1,700 people are involved in the aftermath recovery, including 772 SES workers. Additionally, over 300 units of equipment have been mobilized. Among this specialized equipment are machines manufactured by Validus Special Auto, currently operating with rescuers. Specifically, in these photos, there is a special light-type emergency rescue vehicle, SARM-L, based on the Ford Ranger. It swiftly transports emergency response teams to the site of the rescue operation, facilitates the search for victims, and provides them with initial medical assistance. In these challenging days, we express our condolences to all those affected, pray, and believe in the extraordinary strength and resilience of our rescue angels.
Each life they save is already a significant Victory!
On our part, we are intensifying our efforts to produce the highest quality specialized vehicles that Ukraine desperately needs!
