Kharkiv rescuers are now able to perform real miracles and help victims of accidents even faster. The city has received the latest equipment – a rescue vehicle equipped with the latest technology that allows quickly rescuing people trapped in wrecked cars, provide first aid and do so in an extremely short period of time. Svitlana Yechenina saw this first-hand.
