A specially equipped vehicle that ensures prompt and mobile delivery of 1 + 5 people and special equipment to the places of rescue and search operations on water by roads of all categories with a maximum speed.

The SARVS provides for the simultaneous work of at least 2 divers. The equipment on the vehicle allows for search and rescue operations in coastal areas, telephone communications for divers, and diving operations at depths of up to 60 metres.
